Engr. Aung Thet Paing

Engr Aung Thet Paing is an engineer with a passion for sustainable energy and has a wide range of experience in the Energy Industry specializing in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energies driving innovation in Myanmar's energy sector. Graduated as a Mechanical engineer and holds an MBA from the International University of Japan.

He is a certified ASEAN Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, and currently serving as Chairman of Energy and Renewable Energy Committee at Fed. MES. At the same time, he is the Joint Secretary General of Fed. MES and Joint Secretary of Myanmar Green Building Society (MGBS). On the other hand, working as a commercial and technical consultant for Power generation projects.
