Katie is Executive Director of Engineers Without Borders International. With 20 years of experience promoting the pivotal role engineering plays in achieving social and environmental justice, Katie's career has included the launch of engineering education programmes that have now reached tens of thousands of students around the world, overseeing programs that support communities to access critical infrastructure, and setting up research and innovation initiatives that support the development of community oriented technologies.
